Details

  • Height:

    • Without Chimney - 7ft Tall

    • With Chimney - 10.85 ft tall

    Width:

    • 8.4ft Wide (this includes wheel wells)

    Length:

    • 12.25ft Wide (hitch to the end of trailer)

    • Must be able to be driven onsite by a standard pickup truck

    • Operates without a power connection

    • Depending on service chosen, must have at minimum (2) 8ft tables for prep and presentation

    • With the recommended setup of (2) 8ft tables, the footprint is 12ft long and 18ft-20ft deep (inclusive of pizza oven trailer)

    • Oven takes 3hrs to reach cooking temperature
