Our process.

  • Initial Consultation

    Our sales team will communicate directly with you to gather the basic information about your event. Based on the details you provide, we will send a sample proposal to review, which will help you understand what to expect and what we offer.

  • Proposal Collaboration & Contract

    After our initial consultation, your designated sales manager will work with you one on one to create a customized menu based on your personal preferences and vision. We'll provide multiple options for menus and service styles, and we love to get creative! Your updated proposal will include your custom food and beverage menu, rentals, staffing, and pricing.

  • Tasting Session

    We'll host you for a tasting which will allow you to sample your menu ahead of time. We take detailed notes about your preferences on taste and presentation, ensuring that your selections are precisely what you want, and suggest alternative dishes if changes need to be made. We also have an in-house collection of tabletop rentals from Table Manners for you to browse. We're happy to consult on the functionality and style of your choices!

  • Logistics and Coordination

    Our production team will coordinate with your venue on the logistics regarding set-up and breakdown, and will attend site visits. We will advise on staffing needs, timelines, and service details to ensure a smooth and seamless event execution. We anticipate your event's needs and create a detailed plan to impress your guests.

  • Finalization and Confirmations

    We will check in on your event's details three months out, one month out, and one week out. We provide a live document that you can easily update with elements such as guest count, dietary restrictions, timeline, and more. We will confirm any last minute changes or special requests, allowing you to trust that every point of service is accounted for.

  • Event Execution

    Our staff will arrive on time, primed with information, and ready to graciously serve your guests. Our standard set-up time is three hours, which affords us ample time to unload our trucks, build our onsite kitchen, place guest tables and chairs, set tabletop, assemble our bars, and review service with our entire team. During your event, we will direct all food and beverage timelines, manage all catering-related rentals, and address any issues promptly, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience.

  • Post-Event Follow-Up

    After your event, we will follow-up with you, welcoming any feedback you can provide. We value the relationships we form during the planning process and look forward to the opportunity to work with you again.
